How we collect reviews
After every match, we follow up with the homeowner via email and phone:
- Initial follow-up (Day 3): Did the installer contact you promptly? Was the call professional?
- Mid-process check (Week 4): How is the quote process going? Any concerns?
- Post-installation (Day 90): Final review of the full experience — installation quality, communication, system performance, would you recommend?
We post reviews homeowners explicitly approve for publication. Negative reviews are addressed directly with the installer and inform our quality monitoring.
