When you complete a qualification check on Energy Pros, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and answers to questions about your home (electric bill, roof condition, homeownership status). We also collect standard web analytics data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral source.
We use your information to: (1) determine whether you qualify for $0-down solar or roofing programs, (2) match you with a vetted installer in your area, (3) follow up on your quote experience, and (4) improve our service. We share your contact and project details with the installer we match you to, for the sole purpose of providing your quote. We do not sell your information to third-party data brokers.
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion of your data, or opt out of further communications by emailing privacy@energypros.io. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with consumer privacy laws have additional rights under their state statutes.
